PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity and service by utilising Coach selling skills and Coach Service training. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals and delivering a service that meets or exceeds expectations. You will represent Coach to the consumer, act as a brand ambassador and ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded.
THE SUCCESSFUL INDIVIDUAL WILL LEVERAGE THEIR PROFICIENCY TO:
- Understand how individual productivity impacts the store
- Behave like a brand ambassador
- Model sales behaviours taught in company sales training programmes, including omni channel sales and virtual selling services
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Consistently achieve sales goals
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Anticipate and meet customers' needs consistently
- Provide service to all customers according to the Coach Experience standards
- Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Contribute towards building a team culture in which everyone can show up as themselves and feel seen and heard
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions, owning and driving outstanding customer service
- Demonstrate professional ethics
THE ACCOMPLISHED INDIVIDUAL WILL POSSESS:
- Very good English proficiency (essential)
- Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential)
- Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and manoeuvre the sales floor
- Eagerness to learn live stream shopping techniques, introduce products, demonstrate features and benefits, and collaborate with the social selling team to create short videos in front of the camera
- Social media knowledge and a strong understanding of trends on social media platforms
- Customer Data Acquisition – Actively engage customers in signing up for brand marketing and clienteling communications to drive repeat purchase and loyalty
