Your Responsibilities

• You advise our customers with your open-minded, competent and charming personality, ensuring they feel welcome and well taken care of.
• As a Schlossberg brand ambassador, you provide our customers with a sustainably inspiring shopping experience.
• Thanks to your charisma and passion for our products, you make a significant contribution to the company’s success.

Your Experience

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail and/or have experience in premium retail, preferably in home textiles.
• You possess strong sales talent with a pronounced customer- and service-oriented mindset, as well as a passion for high-quality products.
• You are flexible regarding working hours and remain organised even in busy situations.
• You have excellent communication skills and a very good command of German; additional national languages are an advantage.
