Job description:

• You actively take on tasks on the sales floor and guarantee an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
• You train, develop, and motivate the team with a focus on sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• You analyze and manage all relevant performance indicators (e.g., CR, UPT, IDV, revenue).
• You implement company strategies locally and proactively adapt them as needed.
• You are responsible for organizing, planning, and operationally executing all store activities.
• You ensure an attractive store appearance through visual merchandising and product presentation.
• You act as a brand ambassador and ensure that our standards and values are upheld in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid professional experience in retail management (at least 2 years), ideally in fashion or sports
• Experience in team leadership and staff motivation
• Strong knowledge of business performance indicators (P&L, KPIs, etc.)
• Strong customer orientation and organizational talent
• High level of initiative, decision-making ability, and sense of responsibility
• Good German skills, spoken and written (at least B2)
• Foreign language skills (English or French) are an advantage
• Passion for lifestyle, fashion, and/or action sport
