Job description:

• You are active on the sales floor, share your know-how, lead sales conversations, and ensure our customers are satisfied while sales targets are met.
• You are responsible for your own results, set goals, and know how to use your selling skills and precision to achieve them.
• Shop care and design: shelves, merchandising
• Sales
• The goal of providing our customers with a unique experience
• Application of all our processes
• Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to the development of the point of sale within company policy

Qualifications and skills:

• Completed training (at least at the level of a vocational apprenticeship)
• At least two years of retail experience, ideally in fashion or sports
• Enthusiasm for action sports or affinity with the lifestyle world
• Ability to convey knowledge about our brand world authentically
