EMPLOYMENT TYPE AND WORKING HOURS:

80–100% | Permanent employment contract | Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You are jointly responsible for the organisation and management of the sales floor.
• You lead and motivate the team with energy and charisma.
• You are an active part of the sales team and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• You analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, RSO and TOP30, and derive concrete actions from them.
• You ensure optimal product presentation and create an attractive shopping experience.
• You are involved in people development, including coaching, feedback and recruitment.
• You contribute new ideas and implement local partnerships or in-store events.
• You act as a role model in service orientation, sales strategy and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience in retail management is mandatory (minimum of 2 years).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, such as team leadership or departmental responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with business metrics (P&L, margin, etc.).
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum level B2).
• Passion for retail, the sales floor and excellent customer service.
• High level of energy, personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality.
• Enthusiasm for action sports or a strong affinity with the lifestyle world.
• Additional language skills (e.g. English or French) are an advantage.
