Employment type and working hours:

• 80–100%
• Permanent employment contract
• Flexibility for weekend and public holiday work

Job description:

• You lead and motivate the team with energy and charisma.
• You are an active part of the sales team and ensure high customer satisfaction
• You analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, RSO, TOP30, and derive concrete actions from them.
• You ensure optimal product presentation and create an attractive shopping experience.
• You are involved in staff development: coaching, feedback, and recruitment.
• You bring in new ideas and implement local partnerships or in-store events.
• You act as a role model in service orientation, sales strategy, and teamwork

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in retail management is essential (minimum 2 years).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, such as team management or department responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business performance indicators (P&L, margin, etc.).
• Very good German skills, spoken and written (at least B2).
• Passion for retail, the sales floor, and customer service.
• High level of energy, accountability, and a hands-on mentality.
• Enthusiasm for action sports or affinity with the lifestyle sector.
• Foreign language skills (e.g., English or French) are an advantage.
