WORKING HOURS: 50% – 100%, temporary position from 01.06. – 01.09.2026

YOUR MISSION

• Deliver effective customer service in order to achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs and profitability goals
• Maintain consistently high standards within the store
• Accurately process transactions at the cash desk and ensure proper use of the POS system
• Support loss prevention and operational compliance within the store
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Ensure all visual guidelines are implemented and updated, while maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with or exceeding PUMA requirements
• Maintain the physical condition of the store according to company guidelines and communicate relevant matters to Store Management in a timely manner

YOUR TALENTS

• Completed vocational training, preferably in retail (sports, fashion or similar)
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-oriented retail environment (e.g. apparel, sports goods, footwear or similar) is an advantage
• Passion for sales
• Friendly, positive and customer-oriented attitude
• Team player
• Resilient, reliable and flexible
• Good German language skills
