For our NILE store at the Landquart Fashion Outlet, we are looking for a committed personality with immediate effect or by agreement as

STORE MANAGER (m/f/d) | 80–100% workload

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer advice and actively sell on the shop floor
• Act as a brand ambassador and build and maintain a loyal customer base
• Take full responsibility for the store’s turnover
• Lead and develop the sales team
• Plan staff schedules and in-store events
• Maintain and organize the store
• Oversee stock and merchandise management

Your Profile

• Leadership experience and several years of experience in selling high-quality women’s fashion
• Enjoy interacting with people and taking on a host role
• Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
• Open, enthusiastic and committed personality with a proactive approach to customers
• High level of flexibility
• Willingness to work regularly on Saturdays and Sundays (the shopping centre is open seven days a week)
• Strong initiative, organizational skills and business-minded thinking
• Good MS Office skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to represent the company through your personality
