The shopping experience at Landquart Fashion Outlet is about to get even more attractive as our outlet with the upcoming enhancements be enlarged and feature 14 new brand stores, a fantastic new restaurant and a spacious four-storey carpark with 350 additional parking spaces. The expected opening is planned for Q1 2026.
New parking garage
On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Landquart Fashion Outlet will reach another important milestone in its comprehensive expansion project with the opening of the new four-story parking garage at the south entrance of the outlet. This opening will provide visitors with a total of 1,550 parking spaces, a key step in the development of the center. The new parking garage has 1,170 parking spaces, 853 of which are covered, as well as 30 spaces for people with disabilities.

We are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience remains seamless and enjoyable throughout the expansion process. While we are making these exciting improvements, we have taken steps to minimize any disruptions for our valued guests. Here are some tips to help you plan your visit:
Optimal Visiting Times: For the most relaxed shopping experience, we recommend visiting us on weekdays and during non-peak hours.
Until Sunday, October 26, you will find our temporary parking spaces on Tardisstrasse. Until October 26, 2025, a shuttle bus will take you to and from the North Entrance every 10 minutes on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m Detailed schedule information is available here.
Additional Parking Options: Extra temporary parking is also provided at the North Entrance, clearly marked with signage to make your visit hassle-free.
Eco-Friendly Travel: We encourage you to travel by train for a stress-free journey. Landquart Fashion Outlet is conveniently located right next to the Landquart train station. Traveling by train not only benefits the environment but also offers you special perks! With the SBB RailAway-Combi, you will receive a Landquart Fashion Outlet VIP Pass for your shopping day, granting you an additional 10% discount in all participating stores. This offer is also valid for holders of day passes, GA travelcards, and regional travelcards. Simply present your valid SBB ticket at the Tourist Information Center and our friendly staff will help you also to sign up for the Fashion Club, where as a member, you'll enjoy extra discounts in participating stores and many other exciting perks.
