WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You manage a Marc O’Polo store and create an exceptional shopping experience for your customers – from appealing product presentation to comprehensive consultation and customer care.
- You lead team meetings, brief your team members, delegate tasks and strengthen team spirit.
- You ensure compliance with operational processes and continuously optimise them based on KPI-driven analyses.
- You are responsible for inventory management as well as the planning and execution of events.
- As a leader, you oversee the onboarding and coaching of your team, recruit new team members, and manage personnel costs and staff scheduling.

- You have leadership experience and several years of experience in the fashion industry.
- Whether CRM or RFID, Office or Microsoft Teams, touchscreens or POS systems – you are tech-savvy and have a digital mindset.
