WHAT AWAITS YOU

• You support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management and organization of the store
• You provide competent, customer-oriented advice and assist customers in selecting gifts from our diverse product range
• You ensure the appealing presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, including through creative in-store merchandising
• You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards
• You serve as an important point of contact for both the team and our customers
• You contribute to the optimization of workflows and ensure that the store operates efficiently and profitably

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have completed vocational training in retail and/or have comparable experience working with food products
• You have initial leadership experience in fashion retail, preferably with larger teams
• You already have experience working with chocolate
• You value a hands-on mentality and are technically adept
• You are driven to optimize processes and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
• You have an exceptional awareness of quality and hygiene
• You value open and respectful communication and are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or additional languages is an advantage
• Flexible working hours are not an issue for you, and you are willing to work on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (open 365 days a year)
