Responsibilities

• Professional customer advice and sales
• Close cooperation with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support in leading and motivating the team
• Acting as deputy store manager in their absence
• Shared responsibility for achieving sales and KPI targets
• Active consultation and support of our customers
• Representing the store manager in all tasks such as staff training and onboarding, as well as compiling statistics
• Comprehensive presentation of the collection by theme
• Proper handling of cash and inventory management

Profile

• Ideally, you have completed retail training (EFZ) and have several years of experience in the textile sector as an assistant store manager
• You are responsible, organized, reliable, independent, dynamic, flexible, committed, positive, respectful, and well-groomed
• You are goal- and solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality
• You know how to lead and motivate a team
• You have excellent product knowledge, are a talented salesperson with a flair for fashion, and love advising customers
• German is your native language and you speak English (any additional language is a plus)
