Diesel Client Advisor

Client Advisor (m/f/d) Part-Time 20–60%

We are looking for a flexible and fashion-enthusiastic personality to join our outlet store in Landquart and support our team with passion and energy – especially on weekends and at least one weekday.

This position is ideal for someone who loves fashion retail, has a strong sense for trends and enjoys creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

• A strong communicator who treats clients with personal attention and empathy, always putting the customer at the center of every decision

Responsibilities:

• You think and act with the customer first, understanding their wishes, needs and expectations
• You welcome and assist our clients to ensure an outstanding shopping experience at all times
• You are our expert in storytelling
• You build long-term and authentic relationships with our clients
• You independently manage all cash register transactions
• You ensure our high visual standards in store in line with global VM guidelines
• You think innovatively and bring ideas on how we can continuously improve. Together with us, you explore new paths and stay up to date with the latest trends

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience; experience in established fashion or luxury companies is a plus
• Passion for fashion retail and client service with a commercial mindset
• Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and specific product characteristics
• Strong communication skills
• Good English skills
