For our store in Alpenrhein, we are looking for a:

Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d)

With your entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of hospitality and passion for sales, you will not only inspire our customers but also motivate your team through your positive energy and authentic presence.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and represent the Store Manager

• Represent our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador

• Motivate your team and support the development of future talent

• Onboard and develop new employees

• Ensure and oversee all store operational processes

• Work with our omni-channel systems

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

• Ensure efficient stock management and active floor management

• Collaborate with departments such as Retail Operations, Retail Buying and Visual Merchandising

What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience in fashion retail

• A motivated and confident personality

• Strong social and interpersonal skills

• Team player with a hands-on mentality

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs

• Strong sales affinity and excellent organisational skills

• Good English and PC skills
