YOUR TASKS
- The customer experience is your top priority: through your personal consultation, you convey the values and quality of our products, inspire with your openness and product knowledge, and motivate your colleagues by acting as a role model.
- Together with the Store Manager, you create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which big and small successes are celebrated together. You support administrative tasks, coach and inspire the team, and give everyone the opportunity to continuously improve and develop.
- You always keep an eye on the store's commercial success, the defined goals, and the associated KPIs — and you take action to maintain the highest level of performance.
- Together with the Store Manager, you plan how to continuously develop the store and increase our brand awareness.
- Your colleagues can always count on you because you step in where needed, always listen, and find a solution for every challenge.
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in retail; initial experience in store management is an advantage
- Passion for sales and customer service, an uncompromising openness toward all people, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Curiosity and understanding of emerging trends in the fashion/footwear sector, as well as an affinity for social media
- Results-oriented way of working, understanding of retail-specific KPIs, and a keen eye for detail
- Confident use of MS Office and common POS systems
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Last but not least, you are just as enthusiastic about our products as we are, identify with the Birkenstock brand, and are eager to make a difference together with us!
