YOUR TASKS:

• The customer experience is your top priority: as our brand ambassador, you communicate the values and quality of our products, inspiring others with your openness and product knowledge
• You are confident in working with our POS system and handle daily closings, exchanges, or refunds accurately and responsibly
• Even in busy situations, you stay calm, friendly, and helpful
• With a great eye for detail, you ensure that our products are displayed invitingly according to our guidelines
• Together with your colleagues, you carry out general stockroom duties and take responsibility for replenishing merchandise on the shop floor

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have initial work experience on the shop floor, or alternatively in customer service or hospitality. Are you applying as a career changer? That's fine! In any case, you enjoy interacting with people, are eager to learn, and take pleasure in being a knowledgeable point of contact for our customers.
• Your positive attitude inspires not only your colleagues but also our customers.
• You can support us reliably and flexibly from May to September/October, both during the week and on weekends.
• In addition to fluent German, you ideally have good English skills.
• Last but not least, you are just as enthusiastic about our products as we are, identify with the Birkenstock brand, and are excited to make a difference together with us!
