From early/mid-August, we are looking for a committed and sales-driven personality to join our store at Landquart Fashion Outlet as Store Manager (m/f/d).

You will be responsible for the commercial success of the store and lead your team with enthusiasm and by example.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational management of the store
• Leadership, motivation and development of the sales team
• Ensuring a first-class customer experience
• Achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets
• Staff planning and employee scheduling
• Merchandise management and stockroom organisation
• Implementation of visual merchandising guidelines
• Carrying out inventories and organisational processes
• Close collaboration with regional management

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in fashion retail
• Leadership experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality

• Organisational talent and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and POS systems
