We are looking for a Sales Associate (m/f/d) for a fixed-term part-time position until the end of January 2027, working 20 hours per week, in our Salomon store in Landquart.

YOUR ROLE

To succeed in this position, you will:

• Use your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right products and increase sales
• Support and advise customers to provide a high-quality customer experience and suggest complementary products
• Be confident in sales techniques and the digital tools available in store to ensure excellent customer service
• Help protect company assets and follow procedures by supporting loss prevention and ensuring the stockroom is clean and well organised
• Be confident in handling cash
• Follow standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising standards and community marketing principles
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the brand’s service culture

This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in customer service and retail
• You enjoy interacting with people and sharing your enthusiasm with the team
• Passion for and knowledge of Salomon’s core sports
• Team player
• Hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Fixed-term part-time position until the end of January 2027, 20 hours per week.
