RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively as part of the team
• Build pride and loyalty within your store
• Deliver results and contribute to the success of the store. You are aware of and accountable for both individual and store targets
• Ensure that products are always available to customers and presented in an appealing way
• Make sure the store is tidy and ready for customers every day and that brand standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Show our customers that we are passionate about the products and support them in creating their personal outdoor lifestyle

YOUR PROFILE

• You would like to be part of one of the world’s leading companies in the outdoor industry
• You have strong communication, influencing and time-management skills
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Availability and flexibility to work weekends, store opening and closing shifts, and public holidays to meet the needs of the business
• You are able to safely lift heavy boxes and move around the sales floor and stockroom
