YOUR MISSION
- Provide effective customer service to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs and profitability goals
- Ensure consistently high standards throughout the store
- Accurately process transactions at the cash register and ensure proper use of the POS system
- Take responsibility for loss prevention and operational compliance within the store
- Process and handle incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Ensure the implementation and updating of all visual guidelines and make sure that the store’s visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards at all times
- Maintain the physical condition of the store in accordance with relevant guidelines and communicate any issues to Store Management in a timely manner
YOUR TALENTS
- Completed vocational training, preferably in retail, for example in sports, fashion or a similar field
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, such as clothing, sporting goods or footwear, is an advantage
- Enjoyment of sales
- Friendly, personable and customer-oriented manner
- Team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability and flexibility
- Good German language skills
