YOUR PLAYGROUND

Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer advice and service according to internal Odlo guidelines
• Handling and processing merchandise deliveries
• Meeting and achieving sales targets set by the Store Manager
• Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations, sales reporting, and other tasks
• Helping to maintain an inviting and well-organised store environment
• Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Customer Service and Visual Merchandising
• Implementing and maintaining Odlo visual merchandising standards, promotions, internal policies, and sales guidelines
• Understanding and living the Odlo values

YOUR STORY

What you bring:

• A dynamic, reliable, and flexible personality (availability Monday–Sunday)
• Ideally practical experience in the sports or textile industry
• A sporty and well-groomed appearance
• A positive attitude and presence
• Good German and English language skills
