Miles & More is Europe's leading frequent flyer and rewards programme. Members can collect and redeem miles with numerous airline partners, including airlines within the Star Alliance network.

How to collect your miles

1. Shop at your favourite stores.
2. Visit one of the Customer Service desks in the centre and present your Miles & More card together with your receipts to have your miles credited. For every CHF 1 spent, you will receive additional award miles according to the promotion running that month. Your miles will be credited automatically within two months.

Joining the Miles & More programme is free. Members can collect miles on flights, hotels, rental cars and with partner companies, and later redeem them for rewards.
