NEW BALANCE SALES ADVISOR (50–100%) OUTLET LANDQUART

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You provide our customers with expert advice and genuine enthusiasm.
• You ensure an all-round positive shopping experience.
• You support the team with incoming deliveries – from ordering to booking the goods into the system.
• Together with the team, you work towards achieving our sales targets.
• You support the Store Manager in analysing sales data.
• You work closely with Customer Service and Visual Merchandising.
• You ensure that New Balance is presented at its best in the store and implement promotions as well as visual merchandising standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in retail, ideally in the sports or textile sector
• Enjoyment of sales and interacting with people
• A positive, open and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday, including at least two Sundays per month
• Very good German language skills
• English language skills are a plus
• Enthusiasm for New Balance and our products
• Team spirit and a hands-on attitude
