For our MXM Store (brands of the Max Mara Fashion Group) at the Landquart Fashion Outlet, we are looking for a motivated and committed
Client Advisor (m/f/d) 50% – 80% (hourly paid)
Your Profile:
- Previous sales experience, ideally in women's fashion
- Very good command of German and English
- Passion for fashion and enjoyment of customer interaction
- Strong results-oriented mindset and excellent sales skills
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and digital affinity
- Flexibility, team spirit, and a high level of self-motivation
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Active sales and customer service for our local and international clientele
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with loyal customers
- Receiving and checking incoming merchandise, as well as stock management
- Continuous product training and development
