For our MXM Store (brands of the Max Mara Fashion Group) at the Landquart Fashion Outlet, we are looking for a motivated and committed

CLIENT ADVISOR (M/F/D) 20% – 80%

YOUR PROFILE:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in women's fashion
• Very good German and English language skills
• Passion for fashion and a strong customer focus
• Results-driven with excellent sales skills
• Basic IT skills and confidence in using digital systems
• Flexible, reliable, highly motivated and a team player

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing excellent customer service and actively advising and selling to our local and international customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with loyal customers
• Receiving and checking deliveries as well as supporting stock management
• Continuously developing product knowledge through training
