WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• You sell sustainable premium products and provide first-class customer service.
• You actively support and advise customers in selecting products and complete outfits.
• As a host, you create the best possible shopping experience for our customers and inspire them to join the Marc O’Polo MEMBERS Program.
• You keep an eye on sales targets and actively contribute to achieving them with your sales skills.
• You replenish merchandise and present it in accordance with the guidelines of the Visual Merchandising team.
• You work independently with the checkout system and our CRM software.

• As a true sales talent, you understand what your customers need. You are familiar with current trends and have a basic knowledge of fits and materials.

• With your enthusiasm for fashion, you inspire and convince others.

• You are open-minded, enjoy interacting with people, and have a positive presence.

• You are a true team player – your colleagues can always rely on you.

• Flexible working hours from Monday to Saturday suit your lifestyle.

• You enjoy communication, speak fluent German, and also have a good command of English.

• You are a career changer or already have initial experience in retail.
