• WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
• You sell sustainable premium products and provide the highest level of service.
• You actively assist and advise customers in selecting individual products and complete looks.
• As a host, you provide your customers with the best possible shopping experience and introduce them to the Marc O’Polo MEMBERS programme.
• You keep sales targets in mind and use your sales skills to help achieve them.
• You replenish merchandise and present it in accordance with the guidelines of the Visual Merchandising team.
• You work independently with the point-of-sale system and our CRM software.

• WHO YOU ARE
• You are a natural sales talent and always understand what your customers need. You are familiar with current trends and have a basic understanding of fits and related topics.
• You are available to work at weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Your enthusiasm for fashion enables you to inspire and convince others.
• You are open, enjoy approaching people and have a positive personality.
• You are a true team player, and your colleagues can always rely on you.
• You enjoy communicating. You have an advanced command of German at C1 or C2 level and a good command of English at B1 level.
