In Altendorf, we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own needs as well as for other European production facilities. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the team and shop in the absence of the Shop Manager
• Support recruitment and the preparation of shift schedules
• Provide first-class sales advice to our local and international customers
• Merchandise the sales shelves (including freshness checks)
• Operate the cash register
• Assist with inventory management
• Share responsibility for the overall operation of the shop

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:

• Completed vocational training as a retail specialist (EFZ) or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• At least 2–3 years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
• Convincing sales personality with a strong customer focus
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends
• Team-oriented, committed and open-minded personality
• Passion for our premium chocolate and attention to detail
• Fluent German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, proactive manner
