SUMMARY
Our Sales Associates are essential to the success of our stores. As a Sales Associate, your role is to create an optimal customer experience. You actively listen to each customer and provide recommendations and up-to-date product knowledge according to their needs. As a Sales Associate, you are part of a dynamic team that works together to achieve the company’s goals.
DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Associate at HOKA, you create personalised shopping experiences for our customers to strengthen brand loyalty. You ensure that all customer questions are answered accurately before they leave the store. You provide an all-round exceptional service, which also includes effectively communicating our return policy. You maintain a positive approach with customers and team members and promote the image of the store and the brand in all interactions, including compliance with our dress code. You provide exceptional customer service both in store and over the phone.

- Have sales experience, preferably in a dynamic retail environment
- Can demonstrate fluent German skills; good English skills and additional language skills are an advantage

Salary is determined in accordance with the applicable collective employment agreement (GAV) for Landquart Fashion Outlet and is based on experience and qualifications.
