Heat Pumps & Energy-Efficient Heating
Our heat pumps use renewable energy sources and natural refrigerants to ensure low-emission and energy-efficient heating throughout the centre.
Photovoltaic Systems
Large-scale solar panels have already been installed on the rooftops of the centre. The electricity generated supports, among other things, the operation of our heat pumps and helps reduce overall energy consumption.
LED Lighting
Since the acquisition by VIA Outlets, lighting throughout the centre has gradually been converted to energy-efficient LED technology.
Green Walls
Vertical greenery installations throughout the centre contribute to visitor comfort, biodiversity and an improved indoor climate.
Public Transport
Thanks to its direct location next to Landquart railway station, Landquart Fashion Outlet is optimally connected to the networks of Rhätische Bahn (RhB) and SBB. To encourage more sustainable travel by public transport, visitors benefit from various offers and advantages – including discounted public transport tickets and attractive shopping benefits within the outlet.
EV Charging Stations
A total of 52 charging stations are available at Landquart Fashion Outlet, including Tesla Superchargers as well as additional charging points operated by Energie 360.
Bicycle Infrastructure & Bike Sharing
Additional bicycle parking facilities as well as the BikeSharing station by invia / Pro Velo Graubünden support environmentally friendly mobility around the centre.
Waste Management
Throughout the centre, we focus on consistent waste separation and recycling. Paper, cardboard, plastic films, glass, wood and electronic devices are collected and returned to the recycling cycle. Our goal is to minimise waste and further reduce landfill volumes.
Tell-Tex Recycling Containers
Several Tell-Tex containers allow visitors to conveniently collect and recycle used textiles directly on site.

The environmental management system of the VIA Outlets Group is certified according to ISO 14001 standards and is regularly audited by external parties.
BREEAM In-Use
Landquart Fashion Outlet is assessed and certified according to the international BREEAM In-Use standards for sustainable existing buildings.
