ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team at Landquart Fashion Outlet.

As a Sales Advisor, you will play an important role in providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, supporting sales targets and ensuring that the store is always welcoming and attractively presented.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming customers as they enter the store
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory management
• Helping customers find the products they are looking for
• Advising and supporting customers with product selection
• Handling cash and card payments
• Reconciling the till with receipts
• Processing customer refunds
• Replenishing merchandise on the sales floor
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Handling customer complaints responsibly
• Reporting discrepancies and issues to the supervisor
• Ensuring the store is kept clean and tidy, including vacuuming and mopping
• Working in accordance with established guidelines, particularly with regard to brand standards
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the sales floor
• Taking responsibility for store security and remaining alert to shoplifting, fraudulent credit cards and similar incidents
• Receiving and storing larger merchandise deliveries
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions and assisting with the presentation and merchandising of the sales floor
