DIESEL is a young, international design company that, in addition to jeans and fashionwear, also produces accessories, jewellery, bodywear, fragrances, footwear and bags.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader (m/f/d) in a full-time position for our Outlet Store in Landquart.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team in your department to turn every customer experience into a special moment.
• Take responsibility for achieving targets through the efficient and effective organisation of the team and successful product management.
• Make an important contribution to improving performance through your product knowledge, analysis of sales and stock, product rotation, and monitoring of replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Lead a high-performing, customer- and service-oriented team.
• Through training and feedback, ensure that every customer receives the best possible experience in our store.
• Actively promote the digital experience within the store.
• Empower, develop and motivate your team and encourage collaboration to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
• Implement all strategic plans and make use of partnerships and marketing opportunities to maximise sales.
• Build new customer relationships.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing the store strategy to achieve the best possible sales results.
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness within your department regarding customer service, merchandise, cleanliness and other operational areas. Take appropriate action to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience; experience with established fashion or luxury companies is a plus
• Passion for fashion retail and client service, combined with a commercial mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Very good English language skills
