Diesel Client Advisor

Client Advisor (m/f/d) Part-Time 20–40%

We are looking for a flexible and fashion-passionate personality to join our Outlet Store team in Landquart with enthusiasm and energy – especially on weekends and at least one weekday.

This position is ideal for someone who loves fashion retail, has a strong sense of trends and enjoys providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a friendly, authentic, passionate and knowledgeable Client Advisor with an intuitive talent for sales and a passion for fashion.
• You are a strong communicator who treats customers with personal attention and empathy and puts the customer at the heart of every decision.
• You are open to new ideas and innovative approaches and are always willing to grow and learn.
• You have previous sales experience; experience with established fashion or luxury companies is a plus.
• You are passionate about fashion retail and client service and have a commercial mindset.
• You have excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and specific product characteristics.
• You have strong communication skills and a good command of English.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You always put the customer and their perception first and understand their wishes, needs and expectations.
• You welcome and assist our customers to provide them with an outstanding shopping experience at all times.
• You are our expert in storytelling.
• You build long-term and authentic relationships with our customers.
• You independently manage all cash register transactions.
• You ensure our high visual standards in the store while adhering to global VM standards.
• You think innovatively and contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve. Together with us, you explore new approaches and stay up to date with the latest trends.
