For our team at the BOSS Outlet Landquart, we are looking for a dedicated full-time Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) from 01.07.2026, who will inspire customers for our BOSS brand with passion and inspiration.

As Assistant Store Manager at HUGO BOSS, you will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, creating first-class shopping experiences and embodying our brand values through excellent merchandise presentation and customer service.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

• Support the Store Manager by taking on shared disciplinary and professional responsibility for an x-person dynamic and motivated team

• Carefully recruit new employees and guide them through onboarding and coaching to build a strong team that embodies our values

• Manage the store together with the Store Manager and optimise work processes through targeted KPI analyses in order to achieve sales targets and ensure the success of the store

• Ensure a first-class store appearance through appealing merchandise presentation and the implementation of all Visual Merchandising guidelines, turning our customers into fans

• Optimise customer contact and Customer Relationship Management by creating unforgettable shopping experiences and long-term customer relationships through appealing merchandise presentation as well as comprehensive advice and support

WHAT YOU BRING:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience as a manager in fashion retail or in a comparable position

• Successfully completed training in retail management, for example as a retail sales professional, or a comparable qualification

• Thanks to your fluent German and English skills, you can also provide excellent support to our international customers; ideally, you also speak another foreign language

• Strong IT skills, including MS Office applications and ideally SAP, as well as digital affinity, complete your profile

• Your strong sales orientation and organisational talent enable you to always keep an overview and place customer needs at the centre

• Your passion for the shop floor and hands-on mentality make you a driving force that motivates your team to perform at their best every day

• With personal qualities such as a confident appearance, positive charisma and empathy, you not only ensure that our customers feel comfortable, but also act as an inspiring role model for your team
