YOUR TASKS:

• The customer experience is your top priority: as our brand ambassador, you convey the values and quality of our products, inspire through your open manner and product know-how.
• You are confident in handling our POS system and process daily closings, exchanges or refunds accurately and responsibly.
• Even in more hectic situations, you keep an overview, remain friendly and helpful.
• With an eye for detail, you ensure that our products are presented attractively according to the given guidelines.
• Together with your colleagues, you carry out general stockroom duties and take care of replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have successfully completed training in retail or a comparable qualification and have initial professional experience on the sales floor, alternatively in customer service / service.
• Are you applying as a career changer? Also welcome! In any case, you enjoy interacting with people, are eager to learn and enjoy being a competent contact person for our customers.
• With your positive attitude, you inspire not only your colleagues but also our customers.
• You can support us reliably and flexibly from March to September, both during the week and on weekends.
• In addition to fluent German, you ideally have good English skills.
• Last but not least, you are just as enthusiastic about our products as we are, identify with the Birkenstock brand and are eager to make a difference together with us!
