Your responsibilities:

• The customer experience is your top priority: as our brand ambassador, you convey the values and quality of our products, inspiring customers with your open manner and product expertise

• You are confident in using our POS system and process daily closings, exchanges, or refunds accurately and responsibly

• Even in hectic situations, you keep track of everything, remain friendly and helpful

• With an eye for detail, you ensure that our products are presented in an inviting manner in accordance with the specified guidelines

• Together with your colleagues, you carry out general warehouse activities and take care of restocking the sales area

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training in retail or have a comparable qualification and initial professional experience in the field, or alternatively in customer service/service provision

• Are you applying as a career changer? That's fine too! In any case, you enjoy contact with people, are eager to learn, and enjoy being a competent contact person for our customers

• Your positive attitude inspires not only your colleagues but also our customers

• You can support us reliably and flexibly both during the week and on weekends

• In addition to fluent German, you ideally have a good command of English
