American Vintage Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor 30% (m/f/d)

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team at our boutique in the Landquart Fashion Outlet, Alpenblick 111, 7302 Landquart, and to contribute to the continued development of our brand together with Marta, our Store Manager, and the entire team.

Working in an outlet environment brings new and exciting challenges every day: actively driving sales, presenting previous collections in the best possible way and providing our customers with an outstanding shopping experience.

At the same time, this position offers you the opportunity to develop quickly in a dynamic environment, gain a wide range of experience and further strengthen your skills.

To succeed in this role, you bring the following qualities:

1. Sell with passion

• You are passionate about our products and the world of American Vintage, and you enjoy taking on challenges and achieving your sales targets.
• You provide our customers with a personal and modern shopping experience and actively contribute to attracting new customers and building long-term customer relationships.

2. Be an ambassador for our brand identity

• With your sense of fashion and eye for detail, you represent the identity of American Vintage and ensure that our boutique is always presented attractively and that our customers feel welcome.
• Using our digital tools, you implement our merchandising guidelines while working closely with our expert teams.

3. Support stock management

• You support all stock movements, from receiving deliveries to handling end-of-season returns.
• Together with the team, you ensure that the stockroom remains well organised and actively participate in inventory counts.

PROFILE

• Initial experience in retail is an advantage.
• You have a strong sense of fashion and an inspiring personal style.
• You enjoy building personal relationships with our customers and maintaining them over the long term.
• You thrive in a dynamic fashion environment and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
• Very good German skills are essential for this position.
• Good English skills are also required in order to provide the best possible service to our international and tourist customers.
