American Vintage Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant Part-Time 10–40% (m/f/d)

Mission:

We are looking for talented individuals to join our boutique team at Landquart Fashion Outlet, Alpenblick 111, 7302 Landquart, and contribute to the development of our brand alongside Marta, our Store Manager, and the rest of the team.

Working in an outlet environment means taking on exciting challenges every day: driving sales performance, showcasing previous collections in the best possible way, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position also offers a unique opportunity to learn quickly, develop a broad range of skills, and grow within a dynamic and constantly evolving retail environment.

To successfully take on this challenge, you should be:

Ready to sell with passion

• You love our products and the American Vintage style and are motivated to exceed expectations by embracing challenges and achieving sales targets.
• You provide customers with a personalised and digital shopping experience, helping to attract new customers and build long-term loyalty.

Ready to be an ambassador of the brand

• With a keen eye for detail, you represent our brand and ensure that your point of sale is always welcoming, attractive, and aligned with our standards.

• Using our digital tools, you contribute to the implementation of merchandising guidelines provided by our dedicated visual merchandising team.

Ready to contribute to stock management

• You are responsible for managing product flows, from receiving deliveries to handling end-of-season returns.

• You organise the stockroom and actively participate in inventory counts.

This is a one-day weekend contract.

Profile

• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
• You have a strong sense of style and enjoy inspiring others.
• You are able to build unique relationships with customers and maintain them over time.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic fashion environment where challenges are part of everyday life.
• Fluent German is essential for this position.
• To support our international and tourist clientele, professional English skills are also required.
